For girls and women, makeup is just as important as what they wear. The eye lids , in all its soft colors and crazy, can be considered as one of the many ways you express . With so many brands and types, what exactly is the difference between highly pigmented and non-pigmented eye shadow colors ? Generally people use the terms eye shadow and pigment are used interchangeably, but ask a beauty guru and they will list more than enough of the differences that will make your head spin.
